Our research has found this to be the perfect window of opportunity -- it’s after the confusion of the initial move subsides and just as new residents are beginning to settle into their long-term buying patterns.

List: Our newcomer list is compiled from a variety of sources including address changes with credit card companies, magazine and newspaper subscriptions, mortgages and deed transactions. Once MSM obtains the list, we sort the records and purge any duplicates prior to mailing the Newcomer Gift Package.

Flexibility: MSM provides the ability to change your gift certificate every month as needed. Since the list of new movers changes each month, we can play with the offer until we find a response rate that works for you. This also allows for us to change your ad to take advantage of any seasonal opportunities you might have.

Certificate Format: MSM uses an oversized, 8.5”x 5.5” heavy card stock ad specially designed for your business. This ensures a professional presentation of your gift certificate to the new resident and provides a very professional image of your company.

This means you would be the only business of your type to greet our new neighbors as they settle into their new homes.

Billing: Advertisers be invoiced monthly, based upon the number of zip codes selected for the housewarming service and the number of new residents in those zip codes. You are only invoiced for the number of pieces mailed – never more.

Current Limits: 100% trade on ad space along with design fee. Based on availability. Available only in ZIP codes where we already mail, as category exclusivity issues permit.
